Spiced Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Nothing says Thanksgiving like pumpkin pie! 

Indulging in a healthy smoothie version of the classic dessert is the perfect way to kick off a day of feasting — and enjoy glowing skin as you celebrate!

The bright orange color of pumpkins tells you that they’re loaded with beta-carotene, a powerful antioxidant. The beta-carotene converts to Vitamin A that neutralizes nasty free radicals, thus preventing wrinkles, and keeping your skin youthful, moisturized, and radiant. Pumpkin is also packed with Vitamin C, another skin-saving antioxidant that protects collagen and keeps your immune system in tip-top shape. 

This decadent smoothie will have your health and skin sparkling all through the holiday season!


Fill your blender with:

  • 10 oz unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ cup organic pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 2 Medjool dates (pitted) or 2 tbsp raw honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • a pinch of sea salt 

Blend ingredients until smooth, sprinkle with cinnamon, and enjoy your Spiced Pumpkin Pie Smoothie.
